The Snake River Headwaters Watershed Group will be hosting their quarterly convening on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 1:00-3:30 pm at the Virginian Lodge in Jackson, WY. 

The convening will feature presentations from:

• Matt Bambach, Protect Our Water JH, and David Lee, Teton Conservation District: Protect Our Wells: An overview of the 2025 Well Testing Partnership between Teton Conservation District and Protect Our Water Jackson Hole

• Mike Merigliano, Local Ecologist: Why does that stream look that way? Climatic and geologic controls on channel and valley morphology

• Kole Stewart, Jackson Hole Chapter Trout Unlimited: Snake River Headwaters Initiative: Past, Present, and Looking Forward

• Orion Hatch, Snake River Fund: Exploring Riparian Recreation on the Snake

• Johnny Ziem, Town of Jackson: Irrigation Use – Water Quantity
